Success Beyond the Classroom: Young Author’s Conference

I’m excited to be one of the presenters at this conference at Bethel College in Saint Paul. Students attend a keynote address and three interactive writing sessions led by local authors and writing professionals. Students leave YAC with a greater passion to write and a new set of strategies and ideas with which to experiment. Learn more >

Margi joins the Story Guild

Novice middle grade and young adult novelists looking to share their work and gain feedback from fellow writers have a new opportunity. Story Guild is a national program in which participants read from their unsubmitted novels and discuss their writing with their peers and a host author.

The program, created by children’s author Jonathan Auxier, will launch its first season this spring in six cities across the country. Visit Jonathan’s website to learn more.
